Stress has now been called the “health epidemic of the 21st century” by the World Health Organization, and it’s estimated to cost American businesses up to $300 billion a year due to things like burnout, absenteeism, or sick days. Yet, at the same time, in today’s fast-paced, high-demand world, it’s harder to just stop, breathe, and manage your stress. That being said, when we do things we care about or if we’re striving to succeed, that comes with a level of stress. We just need to make sure it’s good stress and not the kind that debilitates us and those around us. With the right tools and some easy-to-apply tested strategies, you have the power to not only anticipate what will stress you out, but you will also be able to decrease the negative impacts of stress on you and bounce back faster.

“Had the opportunity to experience a presentation from SkillsCamp. Though done remotely and online, their energy came through and distance didn't detract from the validity of her points. Lots of good takeaways and insights to help myself and my company improve. Specifically, the instructor had very relatable examples and a humorous and playful delivery. This could be a dry topic, but they brought it to life in an exceptional way. They recognized the challenge of keeping everyone engaged and had interactive elements to do so. Looking forward to future sessions with SkillsCamp.”
